Let's Make That Free RPG Week!
This past Saturday we offered three free PDFs as part of Free RPG Day. We expected the giveaway to be popular, but the response was truly staggering. We had server problems throughout the day because so many gamers were trying to download the PDFs. People endured long waits, while some never got through at all. This was certainly not our intent, and we apologize for any frustration that may have resulted. But talk, as they say, is cheap. We have decided therefore to take Free RPG Day and turn it into Free RPG Week. We will not only be offering those three PDFs for free again, but also putting a bunch of other PDFs on sale. To top things off we'll also be debuting the long-awaited Pirate's Guide to Freeport this week.
Here's the plan for Free RPG Week:
Tuesday: The Mutants & Masterminds Beginner's Guide will be free once again for 24 hours. The following Mutants & Masterminds PDFs will also go on sale for the rest of the week: Mutants & Masterminds Second Edition for $15, Agents of Freedom for $10, and the Masterminds Manual for $13.50.
Wednesday: At long last the Pirate's Guide to Freeport will debut. The full price of the PDF is $19 but for this week we're offering it for only $17. The following Freeport PDFs will also go on sale for the rest of the week: Freeport Trilogy 5-Year Anniversary Edition for $12, Creatures of Freeport for $10, and Crisis in Freeport for $8.50.
Thursday: Bleeding Edge Adventure #5: Temple of the Death Goddess will be free once again for 24 hours. The following Bleeding Edge PDFs will also go on sale for the rest of the week: Mansion of Shadows, Beyond the Towers, Dirge of the Damned, and A Dreadful Dawn.
Friday: True20 Adventure Roleplaying will be free once again for 24 hours. The following PDFs will also go on sale for the rest of the week: True20 Bestiary for $12, True20 Companion for $10, and True20 Worlds of Adventure for $9.
Free RPG Week will last until Sunday and then all the sale items will revert to their usual prices. To make things better for everyone, (a) you won't have to register or log in to our store to get the PDFs, but rather just click one link and save to your hard drive; and (b) the files will be hosted elsewhere so your enjoyment and use of our sites won't be affected by all the downloading.
Happy gaming, everybody!

Mutants & Masterminds is #2!
According to the quarterly ICv2 market report on game sales, reported in the ICv2 Guide to Games #44, Mutants & Masterminds is second only to the granddaddy of RPGs, D&D.
Between all the great products already available for M&M, and all the amazing products on the horizon, we agree that there's never been a better time to say, "Make mine Mutants & Masterminds!"

Mutants & Masterminds Beginner's Guide
We've discovered that we never got around to making the print version of the Mutants & Masterminds Beginner's Guide available in our Green Ronin Online Store. This oversight has been corrected, so you can now get one of your very own, and buy them for everyone in your D&D game to help them switch. It seems likely that everyone at work/school/camp/the bus/the mall needs one too, so please keep that in mind. The print version costs just $7.95, and you can of course pick up the PDF version for just $4.

Summer Schedule Shuffle
2007 has already been a busy year here at Green Ronin Publishing, with our recent announcement of the RPG license for George R.R. Martin's A Song of Ice and Fire series, and many more exciting things in the works. In the midst of all the excitement (and planning), however, we've had to make some adjustments to our upcoming schedule. Here's what you can expect for Mutants & Masterminds this Summer and into the second half of the year:
The third printing of the M&M core rulebook is finding its way into stores now. Hero High should be available as a PDF in June, with the print edition to follow in July. In August we have A More Perfect Union, the kick-off adventure for the new Paragons campaign setting, which debuts at GenCon in mid-August. The Iron Age sourcebook will follow in the Fall, along with Book of Magic towards the end of 2007. Worlds of Freedom should arrive for the New Year, in stores in January of '08.
We're already lining up some great things for 2008, so stay tuned!
